People often ask about our software’s most-used features. It’s an interesting and extensive list, but the top three are:
Pronouns/Plurals — The average form has dozens of embedded pronouns and singular/plural decisions. These are high-error items that eat a ton of time for not much reward. That TheFormTool can manage them automatically saves a few seconds with every item, and several minutes with many forms.
Save/Load — Saves amazing amounts of time and errors in any situation where information for a client, customer, catalog, or material is used repeatedly. Three clicks, 5-10 seconds, and the Questionnaire is done.
Date Offsets — When a form needs to include a specific date, the programs’ ability to “think” is amazing. Our favorite is: Name the Friday following the first Tuesday of the month at least 90 days but no more than 120 days in the future. TheFormTool determines the answer in .2 seconds and does it right every time. Magic.
