As a firm that produces products driven by logic, we’re probably overly focused on facts. A customer made this clear in a recent conversation. He reminded us of the survey showing our customers save more than 70% the time they once spent preparing recurring documents.
That’s pretty impressive, but our customer made it more so when he said, “Creating documents is our most expensive and resource-intense activity. It is what limits our ability to grow. Your software has removed that constraint. I can triple my business without increasing costs or the workload on my people. That’s a game changer for my firm!”
So, while we’ll hold the 70% figure close in mind, we’ll also be waving the “triple your business” flag high. After all, while there are a number of ways of measuring productivity gains, measuring its effect can be more useful.
