“The Elephant and the Rules of Sixties: The Collapse of Legal Services. What Shall We Do?” is the title of comments to be made by Bob Christensen during a luncheon presentation on March 26, 2014 to PMAs representing bar associations from around the nation.
Bob will discuss the rates of changes in the marketplace and in the flow of information to consumers that affect the historic legal services business model, the growing differences in the perception of value between lawyers and their clients, and the contribution new technologies can make to the profession.
