One-Year Warranty

TheFormTool offers a one-year warranty against programming defects. TheFormTool will repair or replace the software if it fails to perform as intended under normal use for one year from date of purchase. TheFormTool reserves the right to determine if the software has been abused or instructions have not been followed.

Include your name, registered owner’s name, firm name (if any), phone number, license key code, purchase date and email address. At our discretion, we will either repair or replace the software or refund your purchase price. This warranty is void if we determine damage to be caused by misuse or abuse.
